You are the spark, the magic that touches hearts
the fire that ignites the best parts
without you my pen would slow, my words wouldn't flow

You are passion, a lasting emotion
the one that sets the world in motion
wish I could open my soul, bare my deepest thought

You are the sun, moon and stars, this universe of ours
the beauty of a sun setting over mars
as the rays glisten on the red stones
like my heart in tone, we don't need to fear the unknown

You are the night and day, the words that we say

never walk away, or leave in a burst of flames
