Magenta tides
wash over golden sands,
under magnolia sunrise.
The way the colours bleed
playing tricks on the eyes.
Sapphire blue skies,
calm and serene,
swirled through with
white mountain dreams.
Huge behemoths
that can never be climbed,
that may turn grey,
then as dark as the night.
Terracotta sunsets
as the day ends.
Fading
into orange warped grand halls
before the darkness twists it
into flowing
purple and blue waterfalls.
The darkness blends
with the blues,
Morphing
into an ocean
on which
sleepy eyes
can take
a dream cruise.
This sea of peace
and tranquillity
An expanse
of shimmery blue luminosity.
dotted with shining silver lights
and a moon of grey and yellow
mixed with the brightest of whites.
To keep the creeping,
hungry night walkers
from invading your head,
think of the peaceful dream waters
as you sink restfully in bed.
