Watch as we spin,
swirling meteors
twirling through space.
Dancing spirals
through the stars.
Comets join the embrace.
This universal
merry go round
and tonight,
it's all ours.
As we fly
pirouetting past Mars,
we leave Venus far behind.
We tango through
the space stew,
to see what we can find.
As the solar sound system plays loud,
Our moves become more proud,
as we swivel and twist.
Swinging hips to the beat,
lightning flowing from our feet.
Planets circle to watch.
We foxtrot through the crowds,
the nebula clouds parting for us,
as we sway
and moonwalk
through the milky way.
The music of space,
the planetary hum,
the beat of its rhythmic drum,
the bass line provided
by the thrumming of the suns.
The spheres sing
in angelic harmony,
and somewhere
a lone guitar is strummed.
Our feet plead to dance majestically
to feel the beauty,
the orchestra of the galaxy,
this universal symphony.
