Are we already in hell?
Did the world combust
when they blew up
the hydrogen bomb?
Did we blow up as well?
When CERN turned
the key on their atomic dreams,
did our colliding universes
make the angels scream?
As they fell to earth burning
like sighs
lifelessly floating
on eternal streams
Are we already walking
those wastelands?
Outside of time
and away
from mystical hands.
Are we the walking dead?
In this world of fiction,
where friction is the only force
that causes the elements to play.
Are we being led to one day realising
that we've already lived judgment day?
Now repaying our debt
for that blink and you'd miss it stay.
Is this heaven or hell?
Purgatory?
Or did we just
get forgotten about?
We go through this routine,
war, peace, war.
Love, hate, love.
Screaming
more, more, more
but never willing to give.
If we have already walked blindly
through judgement day,
it would barely surprise.
People don't seem to see
what is there
in front of their eyes.
