Life starts,
no bad thoughts
to impart.
Young lives,
just souls
talking the language
of the heart.
There are,
no racist views,
no left or right
to intrude,
no differing points
over which to enthuse.
Just love
binding like glue
Until hate is drummed.
into their heads
like war paint
staining
the pure heart.
It blots slowly
an imprint,
that once contained,
can't be ripped apart.
